President
With over 20 years of experience in the drilling industry, Justin is a seasoned expert with a diverse skill set spanning surface, underground, fly, and directional drilling. His career has taken him to a wide range of projects across the contiguous United States and Alaska, earning him a strong reputation for reliability, professionalism, and dedication to his craft.
In addition to his professional success, Justin is a devoted family man. He takes pride in his roles as a husband and father to four daughters and one son, and he is now also embracing the joys of being a father-in-law. His family serves as his greatest source of inspiration, offering the unwavering support and motivation that drive both his personal and professional endeavors.
Matt Brodahl
Vice President
Complementing Justin’s experience, Matt Brodahl brings an additional 18 years of expertise to the team. Like Justin, Matt has developed a diverse skill set in surface, underground, fly, and directional drilling. Matt’s work has also taken him across the contiguous United States and Alaska. Known for his professionalism and reliability, he is regarded as a committed teammate, always prioritizing collaboration and excellence. Matt is also an MSHA-certified Blue Card holder for both Surface and Underground operations, demonstrating his dedication to safety in the industry.
Outside of work, Matt is a devoted father to his three children—two daughters and a son—who inspire and motivate him daily.
Together, Justin and Matt provide a powerful combination of experience, skill, and leadership to the drilling field, ensuring both quality work and a strong commitment to industry standards.
